For schools, churches, charities and parish councils
Microsoft retired Publisher in October 2026. If your organisation has years of .pub files, send them to us and we’ll send back PDFs to print and share, and Word files you can keep editing – with a plain-English report on every file.
Run by one person in the UK. No subscription. You get a free check of a few sample files before you pay anything.
Publisher was removed from Microsoft 365 from 1 October 2026. If you use Microsoft 365, double-clicking a .pub file no longer opens it in Publisher.
If someone has Publisher 2016, 2019 or 2021 installed from a disc or one-off licence, it still opens files, but support ended on 13 October 2026. Now is a good time to save everything to PDF.
Folders of newsletters, posters, orders of service, certificates and leaflets you can’t open – often made by someone who has since moved on.
You may not need us. Try these first:
.pub files and export them to PDF. It’s what we build on too.Where we help: when you have dozens or hundreds of files, no time, nobody technical, or files that come out wrong. We batch-convert everything, check each file, fix what we can, and tell you plainly which ones need attention.
Upload 3–5 typical files. We convert them free so you can see the quality before paying.
Happy with the samples? Pick a pack and pay securely by card.
Zip up your folder (or send several zips). Nothing to install.
A download with PDF, Word (.docx) and LibreOffice (.odg) versions, plus a quality report marking each file OK, Check or Couldn’t convert.

All your organisation's Publisher files (up to 1,000)
No VAT is charged. Hand-rebuilding of complex newsletters is quoted separately. If a file can’t be converted at all, we’ll tell you and refund that part of your order.
We’re opening now. Leave your details and roughly how many Publisher files you have, and we’ll email you a price and how to send a few samples for a free check. No obligation, no mailing list unless you tick the box.
The PDFs are usually very close. Simple documents convert almost perfectly. Designs with lots of pictures, special fonts or newsletter columns may shift, and the report tells you which files to check. We don’t promise perfection, which is why your first sample check is free.
Word can open a PDF and turn it into a document, and for simple files that’s fine. For a big folder of files it’s slow, one at a time, and the results vary. We do the whole batch and check each one.
PDF (for printing and sharing), Word .docx (for editing text) and LibreOffice .odg (free software; keeps each text box and picture as a separate object, handy for posters). Other formats on request.
Yes, as Word or LibreOffice files. For things you make every week (newsletters, service sheets), we can suggest whether Word, PowerPoint or a free tool will suit you best.
Only send files you’re allowed to share. Files are processed on secure cloud servers, used only to do the conversion and deleted 30 days after delivery. We can sign a simple data processing agreement if your school or trust needs one.
Some files are damaged, password-protected or very old. We’ll list them in the report. If we can’t convert a file, you don’t pay for it.
